Prior to retirement, Lynn Belzer had a lengthy career as an organizational consultant, and psychotherapist. Additionally, she was an executive and team coach, specializing in the development of strong leaders, interactive teams, and conflict resolution. Lynn has been a board member at a number of organizations.

Lynn received a certificate in corporate coaching from CCU, an MSW from California State University Sacramento, and a BA from San Francisco State University. Her volunteer work includes: tutoring kindergarten and first graders, working with the local Friends of the Library in the three books for every kindergartner giveaway program, activities for the blind through ACC, and joining the stewardship of mile 17 on the American Parkway, and other community activities.

When not volunteering, Lynn can be found enjoying nature, walking/hiking and pickleball, in addition to reading, movies, and visiting with friends.
